Product Delivery

Most items ship within 48 hours, unless a different time to leave the warehouse is noted otherwise on the product webpage you order from (and on your invoice). We make no guarantees as to the exact date of product arrival. However most standard shipments deliver in most cases with 2-8 business days. Items that are to large and or heavy for standard ground service will be delivered via freight carrier, please allow 7-10 days for freight deliveries. Orders are generally delivered after shipment within this timeframe, but all orders delivered with 30 days from shipment will be considered on time by the customer and Pool Deals. 

Delivery & Shipping Methods

Products will deliver using several different shippers. We use Fed Ex, UPS, United States Postal Service and Common Freight Carriers.

Backordered Items

Occasionally backorders do occur. All orders will be processed in the least amount of time possible.

Product Returns

If for any reason you receive an incorrect shipment (our mistake) it will be replaced with the correct item absolutely free of charge. Sometimes mistakes happen, & we will gladly fix it. Any merchandise that arrives damaged in shipping will also be replaced, free of charge! Simply notify Pool Deals within 14 days from date of delivery so we can file a shipping claim & have the order reshipped. In some cases images of the package may be required to receive replacement.

We strongly encourage measuring your pool for size specific items. We also encourage researching the products you are interested in to make sure they best fit your needs. We are also available by telephone to answer any questions you may have. We offer everyday wholesale prices directly to consumers. In most cases you will pay less then your local pool store would for the same merchandise. To keep your final price low, we do not accept returns / exchanges on merchandise, and all sales are final. If you have any issues with defective merchandise, please refer to the below section "Defective Merchandise / Warranty" for more information.

Defective Merchandise / Warranty

All merchandise is backed by a manufacturer warranty in the event that the product is defective. In many cases, but not always, we can assist with warranty claims within the first 30 days after receiving the product. Please fill out the contact form on our website for assistance. After 30 days from delivery warranty claims and questions are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please refer to your warranty information that is included with the product.

As we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, Pool Deals does not offer or express and warranty for the goods we offer. The warranties shown for the products we sell are manufacturer direct warranties. To view the details of you warranty see the warranty paperwork delivered with the item. We do not keep this information on file for you, and you must register and retain the information for your personal records.

Incorrect or defective merchandise must be packed and ready for pick-up in order to be considered for replacement under warranty. If you receive an incorrect or defective product and attempt to install it we are not responsible for any costs incurred during installation or removal.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed we generally are not able to cancel an order. You may contact us to request the cancellation of you order, but understand any contact made is just a request to cancel your order. If your order is successfully cancelled, we will provide a cancellation confirmation number. Your order will not be consider canceled by Pool Deals or the customer unless the customer receives a cancellation confirmation number. Any order that is not confirmed as canceled is still considered an in process order. All successfully canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation charge.

Shipment Refusal

We work hard to ensure that you receive the products you in a timely manner. As a result, orders often ship out within one or two days of ordering so it's important to check your order for accuracy before submitting it. If for any reason we try to deliver your package and you refuse shipment, the package will be considered delivered and you will not be eligible for a refund. This does not apply when products are refused for damages. All damaged shipments will be reshipped free of charge.

Product Branding & Use Of Brand Names

In some cases we are asked to not use the actual manufacturer's name when marketing our products online. This is mainly because we sell products for so much less the the manufacturer's MSRP and minimum advertised price programs, that the prices we sell products at would highly upset another dealer who may be marketing the same item, who does not buy as many of that specific product as we do, and pays significantly more then we do, and sells for a much higher price.

In other cases we may purchase so many of an item, that is the exact same item, but for marketing purposes online rebrand the item, simply to make your shopping experience easier.

By purchasing from our website you understand that the use of the names but not limited to: Winter Shield, Arctic Maxx, Ray-Maxx, Econo-Maxx, PowerChem, Liner Shield, Vacuquick, are used simply for marketing purposes. Some merchandise we sell may arrive and be a different brand name on the box. This is only true for pool covers, liners, and pool chemicals. And does not effect other merchandise we carry.

Product Substitutions

In some rare cases a product ordered may be out of stock or unavailable. When this happens we will do our best to subtitute a product of equal or greater value.
